You are missing the attack sinister, ACTA. It makes PIPA look like a cute fluffy kitten! Google it, while you still can!

Nice drawing and commentary! But there's also...um, maybe this has already been mentioned, I didn't exactly read all the comments...but, it's just that, even though SOPA is temporarily shelved, there's also this other thing called the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) which is still active. It's not purely American like SOPA was, which is actually worse, because countries that want to follow it only have to sign up, which means it could/would be global.
If you don't want to read my awkward, long-ish explanation, you could just go and watch this short video about it: [link]
If you think this is inappropriately off-topic, I'm really sorry! I know this is DeviantArt, it's supposed to be about art. I feel kindof guilty just writing this. I just saw all the comments about SOPA and couldn't help myself. Please feel free to ignore my comment.
I don't pretend to know all that much, but I'm pretty sure the US and Canada have already signed ACTA. Or, if they haven't, they've at least given strong indications that they will. There's a bunch of other countries too...I think Japan was involved, and Singapore? In any case, it would have all the negative effects of SOPA, PIPA, plus some. File-sharing and streaming would be severely cut down on, along with the selling and trade of generic drugs and seeds for crops, giving more power to large drug companies and agriculture biotechnology companies like Monsanto. To clarify, that means that not only will the privileged people who have Internet be suddenly and severely restricted, but so will poor people in developing countries who use generic medicines. Surveillance on people's Internet activity would also go up. Plus, it's near its ratification by the EU, so there isn't a terribly long amount of time available to protest.
A few petitions have popped up against it, which I hope people will sign and help support. Of course, if you do, I hope you look up more on ACTA beforehand, to make a more well-informed opinion. Wikipedia has quite a reliable page on it, very well-referenced. If you'd like something shorter, just Google "ACTA Youtube" and there are a few succinct, explanatory videos.
There's a White House petition:
[link]
And one that will go to the United Nations:
[link]
And there's others, including a PetitionOnline one specifically against ACTA in Canada (as something of an equivalent to the White House one).
So sorry for the long comment. Again, lovely drawing! Zee Captain looks fierce

The fight's not over yet. SOPA is just an appetizer of the government, PIPA & ACTA is next. We'll show the government who they're messing with.

Awesome poster there!
But honestly, SOPA never stood a chance. The "anti-piracy act" would have stubbed the toes of many large Silicon Valley corporation; and they certainly would not have let that happen.

News say that Obama does not support the bill as well! Darrell Issa, the Californian congressman, brought our voice to be heard. SOPA is "dead", but Protect IP is still alive. But the tides are turning into our favour!
Don't put your arms down, people, Zee Captain has joined our fight and so must you! This is for our free internet! Down with dictators in sheep coats who call themselves congressmen, they're a shame for the US values known as Freedom!

Hopefully not, according to some recent articles, Obama's admins have raised against the guy who decided to give birth to SOPA because he violated his own rules. See for yourself .
