Mmm, Gambit as the Demoman. I have a soft spot for Gambit. Always loved it when he'd flirt with Rogue... (then again, was there anyone he didn't flirt with?)
Okay, Nightcrawler as the Medic. Explain, if you please, I would love to hear why you see him as the Medic. I think he'd make a good RED spy, though, way he manages to... disappear and reappear...

Kurt is Medic because he's a snarky, sassy dork with a really dark sense of humor. He would get a lot of enjoyment from Medic's job~
And also because his best friend is Piotr and I couldn't possibly not make the lanky German and the giant Russian the Heavy and Medic.

...Ah, yes, it all makes sense now. 
(I still think he'd make an excellent Spy though. I love his disappearing-and-reappearing. Gods, I especially loved it in the cartoon version, which is also where I utterly fell for Gambit.)
