Maybe you could get Twilight to do it then! Knowing that egghead, she'd be able to perfectly replicate the formation of atmospheric conditions that would produce real snow within an enclosed area.
And if a cloud created to make snow isn't natural enough, consider that Equestria has a weather factory where Pegasi control all the weather. So technically no weather is "natural", it's all manipulated by ponies. Besides an errant wild patch somewhere.
