My Clouds drawing:
1) "Pen" brush in Easy Paint Tool SAI, with Alpha 30-75%.
2) Draw much more details with "Brush"
3) Make contrast light lines by "Pen"
4) And some corrects with "Water" brush, in some places for smooth.

P.S. Sorry for my bad Enlglish, I need to learn much more it.
