Love this painting. Thanks to all the curved lines and smooth shading, everything in the picture feels soft. Even the sunlight is gentle, rather than contrasting sharply with the sky around it.
Derpy's expression is fantastic and manages to convey the character's lovable awkwardness even without a whole lot of emphasis on her trademark wall-eyed stare. The detailed shading is incredibly well-executed, unlike some drawings/paintings where it ends up making the pony look like they're made of plastic or polymer clay.
Fantastic painting! I'm glad that after your recent Gali drawing came up in a search I took the time to look at the other works in your gallery.

Great job! Derpy looks adorable, while the background is just perfect. Other details such as the coloring, shading and lighting are excellent as well. Bravo!
