Looked at your stuff for two seconds and the thing that hits you straight off is not only the skill you have for rendering great characters but how well you pose them. They have a real weight to them.

What I've been realising lately is that there are two parts to a drawing, getting the details & proportions right and getting the positioning right. You've got both down to a tee.
