When I looked at this image, I created a fusion for Sakura and Kaguya call Sakuya since I doubt that Kaguya would want to have a name of a goddess. Except the mark on the forehead is the third eye with the Rinne-Sharingan and the two normal eyes are the Byakugan eyes. Also since the fusion has Kaguya's personality, Sakuya doesn't like anyone with the Sharingan and feels a bit afraid of Naruto (You know since he is the main character and has the power of friendship). I kind of use Sakuya to make fun of the Naruto series since she has Sakura's memories.

how does it work that way when all it did for obito was sustain him after the tailed beast's were extracted. plus it kinda looks like she combined sage mode and that yin seal release to gain a longer lasting sage mode with more chakra to balance it out. it was said tremendous chakra needed to learn sage mode and the yin seal release does provide HUGE amounts of chakra after gathering up enough chakra.
