This would be a near perfect roster, but a little friendly criticism if you don't mind:

-I think there are too many Jak  and Twisted Metal characters
-no Snake,  or Keits? WAT?! XD (nevermind, I just saw this was incomplete XD
-Jin might be a little redundant, Maybe Yoshimitsu? (I'm biased, since he's my favorite XP) Or....Alisa? IDK, more Tekken characters in general would make the close range thing less unique to Heihachi as much as I'd like them. The only two exceptions, I'd think are Yoshi and Alisa. ( That aside, Tekken totally needs more reps!)
-Zeke isn't really a fighter, what would he do?

Other than that, great choices. I'm glad you brought up Ari and Stan, multiple TM reps (since it's the longest running PS 1st party, RPG reps, Ultra V, and Specter!

i think the playable character from fat princess would have a unique set of moves, especially with the many hats... ninja,giant,pirate,archer,worker,priest,warrior, and mage.
