Чётко вертикальные/горизонтальные линии выглядят неестесственно, для живых объектов всегда стараюсь их избегать.

Это да, я тоже. На мой взгляд это касается людей животных растений и т., п.
Звездные войны смотрели все и все знают что такое световой меч - это ровный луч света.
Чисто технически он ровный, но в пикселях выглядит как будто сломан.
Опять же.... это не портит работу. просто на будущее

This is just absolutely stunning. Its a very hard work working with pixel arts, especially when you actually animate them. I should know that, I myself am creating a 2d game using the pixel art since I do not have a drawing pad to work with

That will be very interesting to see some full-length or 20 seconds long fight animation. Even if your animation won't look that good - you can do amazing work with effects. I think you should try it(or continue it). Good luck with this! Looking forward for this!
