Description There was once a movie called Outlander, and it was good. It suffered from very bad distribution and a very limited theater run. this is a tribute to what is an absolutely fantastic movie that was horribly released.

check it out, rent it, buy the DVD do something. just watch it!

Cool! This is one of my favorite movie monsters, and also one I feel very sympathetic for.

Yes! 'Outlander' is a classic; it just needs a little time, and I'm positive it's going to be a massive cult hit when enough people actually hear about it and watch it. I've had it on DVD for almost a year, and even though I've got a nice big HDTV to watch it on, I'm still mad I didn't get to see it on the big screen.

Whoever was in charge of marketing for this movie deserves to be eaten by the Moorwen; 'Outlander' would have been a huge hit if they'd actually advertised it properly.

this movie will get its day, someone will get the rights to play it on television

and then, its glory will be seen as it is played every other week on FX and the sci fi channel

then the main actor will be hired to play commander shephard in the mass effect movie (one can dream)

and people will go back, and buy the DVD's

this movie . . . I get the feeling its a sleeper, and its just begging to be awakened

I really need to make another one of these. this one was a bit disappointing to me in a few ways. still pretty happy with it though!

Moorwen is a cool creature. Granted, both sides faulted the other. If only they had worked together. Imagine what America could do with a Moorwen on its side.

or a planet full of them. but man, they'd be hard to keep fed.

I think getting them full isn't hard, but making sure they didn't make a hoard of food (although this could be a good farming method).

the Moorwen's is a very dramatic story: some queer dandy humanoids exterminate his people, and as least he can't get his revenge. a tragic hero.

tragic in the same way the xenomorphs should be pitied when we kill the hell out of them in Alien2.

yes.
but for the moorwen it's more sad, in the genocide of his species there is something of nazi-like (the pits where the dead moorwens are thrown like garbage, for example).

admittedly I felt a little bad for the moorwen too, but I think he did enough damage to justify too.. now no more spoilers, in case I convince anyone to watch the movie
