Here's a fast Photoshop line art and coloring job. The shading and highlights are mostly random, put there just for an effect.

This is the only character that actually survives through all four chapters of the chronicle. Codi is not his real name, but stands for “Cyber Operative for Disguised Infiltrations” which also explains the red eye I gave him. He is in fact an advanced cyborg unit capable of holographic change of looks. In this picture he’s actually in hi own skin, the way he used to look before they robotized him.
