I agree with hebblahebbla, looks like a type of monkey to me. I adore the marks you make with these paints. beautiful colors. Wonderful distortions of the facial features and fingers especially.

I think I saw a Paul Kleee picture with a similar representation of a person, the pose, but not the coloring details. It was more like thick stick figure I think. Ha, But this is kool too.

i really love the texture of this, the colors all fit very well too. great work, it does seem kind of tribal, and kind of picasso, well put there. hmm, i dont think im going to attempt to view the full size on my computre. great job though.

That's a baboon.
I've seen a few tribal patterns like these too, like on shields and stuff..
Very well done. That orange contour around the baboon adds a lot to it IMO.
