This is unequivocally breathtaking. The vivid pallete of colors present in this photo certainly sets this apart from many other photos of this similar nature.

hah the 350D is great the only thing I would consider a 20D for is if you shoot sport and want the extra FPS which is pretty much unnecessary for anything else.
So yeah go the 350D.
