My Jojo kick is still strong. No regrets.
The stand's name is Cat Scratch Fever (localized name: Kitty Scratch) and its power is when it stabs you with its knife tail your body becomes completely numb in sensation (but not paralyzed). Also it tickles a lil bit. Its range is 2 meters.
