God, I've been following this comic since the very beginning, and the one thing i don't like so much is not getting to read the whole story now!
have you ever considered doing collab pieces for it, like having a guest artist do the colouring or linework? I've seen a few of the web comics i follow doing it recently and it seems pretty popular

I haven't, really, since it's super hard to find reliable artists. I've worked on collabs in the past on images, and while sometimes I'll get good folks, usually they take months to get back to me with their portion, and that simply can't work in a comic that needs to meet a schedule. Since comics are so much more labor intensive, I can only imagine how much harder that would be to find someone! The few times I've had folks color for me, they either took a fair bit of time to get to me, or they didn't quite meet my quality standards (this was mostly for folks who flatted for me). I only had 2 people ever flat decently, and one was a trained flatter so she obviously knew what she was doing lol Otherwise, I don't want to take anyone onto the project without being able to pay them for their efforts. Otherwise I would TOTALLY get someone to at least line my work cause I HATE LINING WITH A PASSION :'D
If I ever found people I could trust would meet their deadlines, I'd totally be up for it, though! Especially since I don't really focus on consistency in my comic as it's all experimental, and I think that'd be neat! Even if it was for just a page or two, as I think a friend of mine did what you're talking about in her webcomic not too long ago and it was really interesting to see!

oh absolutely, un-reliable collab-ers are a nightmare, especially if you don't work super far in advance and everything is a bit of a tight squeeze. the web comic i have is essentially on a 'its uploaded when i do it' time line, cause its a back-burner project and is more for when I am in the mood to whittle away at it, i think there was even a 9 month gap between uploads once lmao, and then i redid it from the start cause my art had improved too much lmao

I love the expressions, and Feddy looks sort of upset/concerned over the fact he accidentally made this poor fellow faint. Maybe he didn't faint from fear, maybe he's a big fan. Meeting your heroes can often be overwhelming. XD
