The soundtrack of Fallout 3 is still one of my favorites and "Butcher Pete" is such a happy tune.

I always loved that song when it came on! It was so happy and upbeat and swinging! Then, I looked up the lyrics (I don't focus on that in the game, I'm too busy killing things), and realized the true meaning of the song...

I never did get around to finishing the story but I thought Rarity was burned alive next to a window.

She was, which story did you not finish, the CSImadmax comic story or Fallout Equestria? SPOILER ALERT If the later, then this is not canon, Rarity DID die, also, you should finish that story because it's incredible, unless of course you stopped because you didn't like it then that's fine. If you didn't finish the CSImadmax comic story, Rarity became one of the "Think Tanks" that you see in one of the Fallout: New Vegas expansions. Pretty much, in the madmax's version, these scientists transported a bunch of the ponies in Canterlot out right before the Pink Cloud hit, but only transported their internal organs, hence her being suspended in the think tanks.
