Hey!So I've decided to upload this unfinished manga-styled comic that I did earlier this year. It's an idea that was quite close to my heart at the time and that I needed to get off my chest. However, working it out and turning it into a short story took two months and during those two months my life transformed a lot (due to unrelated factors) and what happened was that before I was done I had lost all connection to it - I still felt the story, but while when I had started working on it I had this urge to get it out, two months later I really needed to leave it behind in the process of growing as a person. Now I look back at it and think how terribly sappy and emotional and cheesy it is, but I know how much it meant to me at some point, so I will share it for everybody who might currently be in a phase where they can connect to it.
The ending is slightly rushed and the whole thing is missing background inks and screentones, but all the core elements are there. So please read it if you're interested, and let me know what you think or if it induced some feels.

she's so cute and I relate a lot to her. I think we all can who are or were that age. I think perhaps that joy of adventure can be something pursued lifelong though.

There's definitely a point to what you're saying here. I wish I realize this as I started college. I just always played it safe. Now I realize how much I've missed and I won't be able to go back to do it over.

I can really relate what she's experiencing. I think the story is pretty good so far, i like reading it. too bad there's only 28 pages :<

it's great knowing that you managed to turn your life around, that's fantastic news. and it's fantastic that you're sharing this story with us. it's really nicely drawn, and even with a sketchy backgrounds, very easy to follow
my only squick is the first panel of this page. she looks as if she was 5m tall

So far story is nice. Tho' probably whatever you draw would be nice. That monotoneous life, feeling stuck at where you are and seeing nothing worth to go forth in horizon something people like me can relate. We've been there and will be there when time comes. Maybe this is why I am enjoying this little story. Plus leading character is so cute...
