WIP this is- some super absorbant paper....some parkers....apply water.....let dry.....then color over with black ink. last night's doodling...i think it needs some refiningand some definition here and there...i'm pseudo pleased...i was thinking of mice. and ponds.

Now your Platapus must get confused in a picture like this. He has a duck bill and both your hemotoxin and your neurotoxin in his bite... no, let me think.
One thing, there sure am a lot of critters in this piece!

i know it! they all jumped out at me! and you know, i thought that he looked more like a mole, or a woodchuck at first (yep...no bill though) but i decided something about him made him a platypus...and so...tada! thar he be! ^_^
mainly...mice...lots of feild mice...and one cowardly lion, which was just a happy accident ^_^

I guess the only thing male lions are good for is fighting hyenas. It's the only way they ever earn their keep. Fortunately, for them, cowardly lions are the exception.
Platypusses are quite rare around these parts. Maybe the possums chased them away. Now what I wonder is this: Is the Platypus a Marsupial, like the possum? People want to know.

yeah! is a possum a marsupial? i know platypusses are...but...i never new about possums...i tried to kill one one time....i was just bloodthirsty and frank called me out to the yard, (because he knew i was blood thirsty) and said...do you want to catch yerself a possum? and i was like...hell fuck yeah i do! so i grabbed the shovel you know to conck it on the head with..and i got up to it...and it was just a wee thing! i didn't have the heart to get him...i just scared him off and called it a night...
the cowardly lion is a reflection of myself...if we wanna get down and dirty of the meaning of things....
that mole/platypus/groundhog/could very easily be a possum too...who knows...

Possums are marsupials...and they can be awful cute when they're little, and only dangerous when their cornered.

yeah...i've had acouple run in's with the bigger ones in my recycling bin...they hiss!
my friend had one as a baby...it was very very cute..but i always did wonder what they were going to do with it wonce it grew up. inever did find out.
