This seen happen in chapter two (Nightmare or Reality). Rex dosen’t konw the EVO is Cesar and begins to beat the hell out of it. Thinking it hurt his brother. As we all learned Rex can think the woise. Like in episodes lockdown (Holiday’s sister) and Nightfall (Federico in EVO form).………………………………………………………………………..
