Description
So I've been wanting to sketch Cinder from RWBY for a while now and seeing as how I was in a rut when it came to working on a sketch I need to work on, I decided to work on Cinder to get out of that rut.
When deciding which of her many outfits I wanted to sketch her in, I thought about it and I thought that it'd be best (and interesting) to sketch her in her vol. 4 and 5 outfit (though I was really tempted to work on her new outfit). Sketching it out wasn't too hard, it was the coloring bit that became a bit of a challenge (simply because I wanted to match every color right). I really wanted to capture her haughty persona in this sketch via the body and facial expression. Overall though, she was fun to work on and she got me out of the art rut I was in.
Sketched in pen, colored with faber-castell pens and brush markers (generic), details with glitter/metallic pens. Cinder is from RWBY which belongs to RoosterTeeth.
