I think you managed to execute this quite well, I suppose this would fall into the category of photo manipulation?
Everything actually blends quite well, however I think you went overboard with the water drops, maybe you should have used them more sparsely.
The splash of the water under the eye is really nice because it follows the contour of the eye shape and I think you could have introuduced more motifs in the picture like this.
Maybe you could have done something with the pupil, make it more "other worldy".
I think you managed to execute the essence of her being from an ocean world with the water spalshes and the general colour scheme which is great but I think you could have pushed things more to show that she is less human than she appears right now.
But overall I think you're heading in the right direction, keep it up

Yeah I think it's a good idea to keep your older works, it's good to study your mistakes, they become eaasy to analyse since you did them yourself. If I don't like work I uploaded they usually go in my scraps to be shredded verbally in the future to come.
