Rediscovery

This is a snapshot of my grandparents' barn and chicken coop that I work in from time to time. There are no chickens here, instead it is my grandfather's workshop and storage for his old cars. The building itself is very beautiful in fall and features this stone benches around the property. This snapshot in particular interested me long after I took it because of the natural lens flare and the vivid colors of fall. The structure is listed by the city as "very old" on its records and a nearby home that owned the barn at one point is believed to be build in the early 1900's. Working in this barn is a real treat and I hope to own an old home or barn one day. Old architecture holds so much more character compared to the white square box that I live in right now. This barn even has an old wood burning stove that keeps me warm in the winter while I am working which is much better than the awful hot water heater that barely works in my apartment. Anyways, enough reminiscing. I just wanted to share with you this beautiful structure.
