Photoshop all the way. I've never worked with PSP actually.
My dad had a legal copy of Photoshop some years ago, and I've used it for 5 years in a row, up to the point it was terribly outdated.

Ah I gotcha, well hopefully you can use my tuts in PS, you might have to change some things to make it work, I personally prefer Paintshop Pro over Photoshop, I always used PSP to make my work and thus that's why all my tuts are for PSP.
