sorry I use the word in two different ways because I couldn't find a better way to explain becoming 'Fae'. BTW Brief Progression of Fate has more chaps to come

christened is a very specific term... used only in the Christian religion...

at which point many Christian churchs also give you a new 'church' name most often a saint's... or quite often Mary for a girl and Joseph for a boy
(not very unique or imaginative)
note different religions have their own name for this conversion... christen is only used in the christian faith
now its quite common knowledge that the FAE are NOT christian! this is canon thru all the mythological and faerytale beliefs!
