Yes, Devika is very short. When wearing heels, she's probably as tall as Vaggie, but without heels, she's a little shorter than her.
Devika hates the fact that she is short and she hates the fact that she is surrounded by tall people.

When something happens because of the fact that she is short, she often says/whines "Midget problems!" She just can't stand the fact that she has the 'midget problems' Lol.
Often when she has to hug or kiss Alastor or a tall friend, ( On the cheek or forehead like a typical sister. ) she has to stand more on her toes and force them to lean down by gently pulling them down to her... Or she takes something like a chair or wooden box to step on and reach their hight. Lol. But often she'd fall from the chair or box. She's a clumsy gal.
