This is my OC #7 for the challenge. His name is Bob. He is a kleptomaniac and proud of it. He is a professional bounty hunter, but also holds side jobs as a thief, cutpurse, blackmailer, embezzler, actually, we could probably just put down a fedral book of laws as what he breaks for a living. He is very good at his various jobs, especially theivary. He founded, owns, and directs an Acadamy, where he teches people to be spys, thieves, etc. Entrance into the acadamy is the only thing you cant bribe him for; admittance is free, but you have to pass the entrance exam.
