sure!!
meme's are blank pages with questions
(imagine this image wothout the drawings, with just the questions)
so you have to save in yur PC that blank page with questions.
then you open it on photoshop or paint or whatever design program you usea (; and answer those questions with drawings!
IE: draw your favorite band memeber
here you draw you're favorite memeber)
then you save the file now with you're drawings on them and Voila!

Bitch. Smart way to tag everyone. Tom on the unicorn looks like he is doing the "Shaka" it is a hand juster that we do here in Hawai`i. It is like saying Hi and whats up. I like the whole superhero Bill. I have not been online gain for a while. We got a car so we have been out and about a lot. Plus I got sick, still fighting it off. Also there is a weird storm right now. I have a limited time to check everything online I am waiting for the first flash of lightning to start up once again. I also hatted younger Tom as well. He was a pompous little ass, But alas he grew up. Thank God no? Well I hope to hear from you soon
Oh oh btw don't you think it would be entrusting to to see a comic on the younger Tom and older Tom fighting. Truth be told I don't think there will end p being a younger Tom if The older got to him. He would end up killing himself. Read a fanfiction that had the twins other have a younger of them self's. Like it was a time swap kind of Idea. Older Bill had a young Tom in the present and Older Tom has gone to the past to the younger Bill. It all happened because the younger Tom made a wish to know what was ahead of them, if they were going to make it as stars.
