Description
Having some time on the side I ended up drawing another obscure genie character. Her name is Ashta and she was the antagonist in the final episode of the old Filmation series Web Woman which was part of Tarzan and the Super 7 (episode titled “The Lady in the Lamp” which you can find on Youtube). She the last of the Etherials, an interstellar race with reality altering abilities hellbent on galactic conquest. They were stopped 10,000 years ago by an powerful entity named Scarab (who will become Web Woman’s mentor) and imprisoned Ashta in a lamp. 10,000 years later she was freed by a convict trying to escape prison and manipulates him by offering to grant three wishes when her real goal is to destroy the Earth as revenge against Scarab.
