Here’s the forth villain and the last of the main cast of the EcoMan Project. His name is Meltdown, the most powerful foe EcoMan and his friends faced as well as the mastermind behind all the other villains. An imposing entity of mysterious origins, Meltdown is a living nuclear reactor with the ability to alter any form of matter at an atomic level, including living beings. His most terrifying ability is releasing extreme doses of radiation and creating nuclear explosions that rival the Tsar Bomba.
