Description
Another alien in digital sketch form. This one was actually inspired by the personal question of what if in Steven Universe there was an alien race (aside from the gems) that inspired Ronaldo's conspiracy theories about "Sneople". This is what I came up with. The Razara are endothermic reptilians that are snake-like in overall anatomy They posses 6 pairs of limbs with the six hind limbs being more vestigial. All six of their hands can be used for handling objects but then ends of their tails act as a seventh hand with 4 finger-like appendages attached to them. Like vipers on earth, they can see in normal vision as well as night vision. Unlike earth snakes, the Razara actually possess a set of ears and can hear audible sound as oppose to simple vibrations. Coupled with their air tasting tongues, the Razara are able to detect even the must subtle things in their environment. They also lack eyelids like earth snakes and actually use their tongues to clean them like geckos do. As a species they are reclusive and rather mistrusting of others, maybe even a bit paranoid. This is in part due to being forced from their homeworld but a rival species but is also a result of their sensitivity to their surroundings. With the ultimate goal of reclaiming their homeworld, the Razara have become skilled survivalists and expert information gatherers by necessity. They are capable of moving with incredible speed and can deliver a quick kill without time to react. They hold no loyalty to anyone group or race other than their own but if trust is gained, a Razara can be a valuable ally, but give them any reason to mistrust you, they can become very dangerous.
