Description So here's my rendition of a short grey. Two others will fallow and I'll give some info on the species in general in each post. So first, a little about their physiology.

The Greys generally range from 3 to 7ft tall though much taller individuals have been reported (up to nine ft if memory serves me correctly). A strange characteristic of the Greys is that individuals of specific height have a certain number of fingers; 3 for the short Greys, 4 for the medium Greys, and 5 for the tall Greys. In spite of their label, they are not actually grey but range in a variety of colors such as brown, green, electric/cobalt blue, and even nearly translucent. Their color is actually dependent on the last time they have "fed". According to abductees, the Greys "feed" on a kind of blue plasma that they cover themselves with and absorb through their skin (via osmosis most likely). Though they don't use their mouths to feed, they posses small pointed teeth in their small mouths. These teeth may simply be vestigial or use to generate the clicking sounds that they are often reported make (though they more often "speak" via telepathy). Their telepathic and telekinetic abilities are vastly superior to any species involved in abductions (save for the Light Beings) which makes them feared/respected by other species. They are also much stronger than they appear with a 3tf grey being able to drag a 6ft man with ease. This may suggest that they originate from a high gravity planet and posses and skeleton made of cartilage (similar to what snakes or sharks have) or some other strong, lightweight material unknown to us as they are also described as being very flexible. Though the media depicts the Greys as having big black eyes, the reality is that those are just patches that they place over their real eyes which are still larger but unique in their own way.

In the next post I'll talk about their behavior.

Edit: I forgot to mention two things about their physiology. 1) the Greys have been observed crawling on all fours and can crawl on walls, likely due to a mechanism similar to gecko feet. 2) the Greys don't appear to breath so if they have some form of respiration, they probably absorb air through their skin like some amphibians do (I'm just speculating here).
