So here's the final image of the "On world" alien series. A Tall Grey. Here's also a bit of history regarding the greys that I gathered from I.C.A.R.

According to what was recovered during hypnotic regressions, the Greys have existed as a species for over 1 billion years and during the time of their emergence there was so kind of galactic war taking place. What this war was waged over and which species were involved is currently unknown. What was recovered was that the war ended when the Light Beings came from a different galaxy (which one is not known but possibly the Andromeda Galaxy) and brought order throughout the Milky Way. They also established the council of worlds at this time and adjusted/uplifted the Greys to act as a kind of police force for the Galaxy. It is speculated that the Greys were chosen for this role because of their telepathic and telekinetic superiority as well as their control over their emotions.
