Blizzard Thunder Rain Dance Draco Meteor Dragon Dance OutrageYay, she's done! Info is on the sheet (hopefully with no spelling errors).
I wish I had more of a scientific explanation for the weather controlling orbs. Gotta watch me some science fiction stuff and borrow ideas. I hate things having no explanation. XD
A design note: the "tail" from underneath her coat, is actually just a section of her undershirt that extends down her back to the floor. NOT A TAIL. ANOTHER NOTE: the "wings" on her head are feathery decorations. Google Judith from Tales of Vesperia. It's almost exactly like that.
I hate writing character descriptions, I never get them how I want them. Basically think Brennan from Bones, just really into weather and not, ya know, bones.

Wow. This is a wonderfully drawn character. You got the shading and clothing and hair detail perfectly, and made some wonderful, shimmering weather orbs. She looks very wise and matronly.
And then there's the fact that you didn't give her any animal parts. That always makes a gijinka better in my opinion at least.
I know what you mean about writing bios though. I tried writing some for my characters, and they didn't come out right at all. >_<

*claps* Yay! You noticed I didn't give her animal parts! That was totally a major goal when designing her, I really wanted her looks to stand on their own without awkward looking extremities.

I really respect a gijinka artist who doesn't use animal parts. I'd say the worst are those artists who just slap pokemon ears and a pokemon tail on some random person and say, "There. That's a gijinka." This lady is clearly a dragonair, and doesn't need any dragon ears or dragon tail to prove it.
