A hastily done Samantha for #Miss-OC-Pageant (Just base colors right now. I'll shade and highlight in a day or two.)

Samantha. A god of sorts, human to begin with, and she just sort of deviates from there.

She's intelligent, protective, strong, and just a little homicidal (though being the subject of genetic tests will do that to people). She can do pretty much whatever she desires to, walk through walls, fly, create fire, though she's under a strict set of rules not to do so for the most part (rules which she usually ignores).

To try and put it simply, she's a god to gods. A myth to beings that are myths to humans. She oversees time, space, and the multiverse. But, since the multiverse tends to be safe a majority of the time, she resigns herself to bossing around aliens and other creatures or similar ilk on Earth. Bored gods are dangerous gods.

She's rumored to be the Fifth Horseman, though she (and the original Four Horseman) have yet to confirm that.

And she's actually a dragon. Sort of. She's complicated. She's also gotten tired of explaining herself to the denizens of each alternate universe she's found herself in.
