Had to google the Regenerator, pretty cool stuff (as expected from RE)! Never played Silent Hill, but the franchise seems visually very appealing, and I heard they have great stories.

Silent Hill has fantastic atmosphere too. They try to go for more psychological horror than adrenaline horror.
