#1 Sketch. I draw frames in Paint Tool SAI on individual layers. Then in Photoshop I do a test animation. If all goes well, I proceed to the second step.
#2, #3, #4. Software: Paint tool SAI.
Then in Photoshop I do animation with Menu --> Window --> Time Line
Animation in Photoshop can be done in different ways. It depends on what and how to animate. This animation was created with the help of "frame animation". Between the shots you need to set the interval.
