the first trial run of my first stencil (white acrylic on black construction paper.)It is Johnny Depp as seen in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
I would change a lot of things about this, given the chance..

its very nice, and im not much of a knowledgeable critic when it comes to drawing but the cigarette does look a little, misplaced. idk, its still very cool.

well, i don't own any spray paint actually and was just trying out a stencil to see whether i'd like it. it was the easiest for me to test it with acrylic.

aaah, sorry, i didn't see that reply until now, almost two months later, haha. But to answer your question, stencils are very graphic and different from the style that I usually do, and they force me to make artistic decisions that I would not have to make in a painting or drawing, so making stencils is just my way of exploration.
Spraypaint is another medium I am kind of curious about, though, now that you bring it up.
