This fanart is based on @phantoms-lair's Phantom Detective AU. It's actually a crossover concept with Detective Conan/Case Closed and Danny Phantom, created by Billie Jukes, now known as Eternal_Phantom (Ao3)/phantoms-lair (Tumblr) . The fanfiction author actually made the series in 2006, but they made a rewrite of the fic in 2021.
This fic tells about the new halfa who was accidentally turned into one by an unsuspecting side effect of the Apotoxin-4869. His logic has been broken again by the existence of ghosts and the supernatural, as if his logic was broken by him shrinking into a kid. 😂
Since I found out that Shinichi/Conan as a halfa has a water core in this AU, I tempted to draw him manipulating lots of water like a waterbender from Avatar and, well, like how Danny Phantom uses his cryokinesis.
