You can find the models for expandable character for Gmod and SFM at DonanDark's DeviantART page. 
I use Expandable Femme Pyro Reworked. 
Also the large butt model is separate, so will have to be downloaded somewhere, try searching up "Heavy Bottom Pyro SFM/Gmod"
