Chipita has been lame for months, and even though she has been living outside for that time, she doesn't do anything.She really enjoyed me playing with her in the snow, she just ran and ran and whinnied to show everyone that not only did her leg feel better but she remembered how to just be a young horse, like she is.
Sometimes, people need to do what their animals do. I need to stop thinking I'm hurt and I need to get back out there and remember what I can do.
That horse is a beautiful animal (even when she's dirty).

haha, Well, I'm 4 hours aways from her since I'm in college and no one takes care of her unless I'm there, so we are sending her to Colorado so she can have some fun being a trail horse and over the summer I'll get to see her and play.

That's actually really smart. Better sending your horse of to horsie camp to get the love and attention and excercise she needs rather than leaving her at home on the farm with no one there to care for her and give her the love she needs. And to think that that is what people will do with their horses.

Yeah, I know she'll love it there! And yeah, it's sad, even girls who bring their horses sometimes just leave them up at the University farm.. It's ridiculous. She's young and a bit of a snot, so I hope she's not too much trouble.. I think she'll only be a lead horse.

Very nice photo! Sharp and not to brigth not to dark. Maby get a bit more air in front, so it looks more like she is going that way. You have a little bitt of this. And i am trying very very hard to find way's of improvment. Witsh mean it a nice picture ^^ I can see it in sombody's romm as a poster

What do you mean by air? You mean have her hooves a littler higher? If that's it, I wish I could, she doesn't lift her legs very well, just a low to the ground small horse, haha.

I mean in front of her. the air around the hoofs are fine. But in front of her maby a bit more space to give it a more intresting compotion.
