Uhm when you go to post a new deviation it should almost take you to a page that looks like you stash o.o in the top right corner there should be 2 boxes one for enabling downloads and 1 for premium.
check premium and there should now be 2 steps o: and yeah x< im a bad explainer :/

I put my base on sale for 30 but when the transaction goes though it tells me I have .30 cents which only equals to 24 points. How on earth do I make it so I get just 30?

i actually didn't get it either but i read on it and it said that it takes some away an in 14 days you can turn than .30 cents in to points after 2 weeks of waiting which i think sucks ; n ;

You can't. It'll only be 24 points because dA takes 20% off your earnings.
