I dont use this base anymore so i've decided to make it a free to use base.Its a .PNG file
You can find the Paint tool SAI one here: [link]
This does not have a transparent Background so if you're going to use it in photoshop make sure you set it to MULTIPLY!! ( for the .PNG base only )
Rules:
You may use this for any kind of Adopts, Commissions, Etc..
You may not sell this base.
You can sell your creations you use with this base for $$$ or
You do not have to credit me for the base, But it would be nice if you did.
