Malik's stalker is Altair...who got offended by Malik's assertion that his hoodies were tacky (in a previous comic), so he dressed up like a stereotypical nerd. Malik in shaking in suppressed laughter.
As for Leo, since the artist hasn't drawn him yet, a joke went around that he has "problems" and needs the bathroom, thus why he's never in the comics.
