Actually it is indeed from RE4. In UC she is wounded and covered with bandages, and the model of ORC is similar, but she is wearing boots instead of red heels.

Are you sure? I don't remember this outfit being on 4. She wore a longer red dress with a butterfly and her other was a black costume.
