The seeker robot also reminds me of Archibald Snatcher from "The Boxtrolls".
Like the way he's dressed up in those clothes, his top hat, and his wavy long hair.
It's very good!

Your background does look good, especially in the one panel where the seeker is leaping from roof to roof. 
I'm not so good with backgrounds.

Something about the seeker looks a bit raptor like (dinosaur).
