The very obvious influence of Anime on the drawing style from The Boondocks Comic Strip and The Boondocks Animated Series was something that helped to inspire me to want to be an artist(working as an artist is something that I want to do professionally at some point in the future).
Aaron McGruder`s The Boondocks is probably one of the best animated series I have ever seen.Like The Comic Strip that it was based on,The TV Series was hillarious,proudly un-PC,was completely unafraid to be controversial,confrontational and completely unafraid to be all up in people`s faces and to push people`s buttons and it was a very well-written,very intelligent satire on race.I love The Boondocks,too!And I love your dawing! There need to be more Comic Strips like The Boondocks Comic Strips and more Animated Series like The Boondocks Animated Series.
