So this young woman is Yoshiko's friend,big sister or mother
After her death she was given as from her friend's last wish the blanket and the charm on the sash.
So that gives you an idea why she wears them >D
the sash's charm somehow always smells like her friend which keep her kinda happy,kinda sad of course,but makes her feel better if something bad happens.
