The sixth planet of the Hoth system is devoid of most life forms. One often overlooked is the frosted polecat. It is usually found inhabiting the caves of wampas and manages an existence by scavenging on the frozen scraps of tauntauns and rebels.6" x 8"

I'm a sucker for traditional work, but what I really like here is the contrast between the realism of the animal and the fantasy of the lightsaber. There's something quite classical about the framing, too (rule of thirds?). Very nice work.

I do everything ole school. Coloring pencils, watercolors, inkings etc. i am trying to learn digital art. It is so different. I am struggling because I don't get the same feel and touch. I am not sure I will be able to give up traditional methods. Love your work thou.
