Just to make sure I understand so this can help (I don't have photoshop, I use GIMP so tutorials are a little harder to follow) You do an out line, color it with solid colors, shading (as in shadows only), then apply lighting with...what brush? If you can answer these that'd be awesome! Thanks!

I use only hard round brush XD together with other Dynamics from Photoshop (this option is allowed when you have a tablet)

that's me, and that's my "life" i always do worse sketch so it would take shortly. well im not patient with sketches, but if i want a sketch, not to finish it by colouring, i would make it better
