Not enough Wolverines, Sasquatch is hilarious, and Shaman kinda looks like a young Christopher Guest.

Interesting, albeit unasked for commentary. I appreciate the insight despite it's lack of being called for. Enthusiasm and a love of character did indeed dictate the choices of who was who and while I believe that the group did an exceptional job of representing their characters, you are indeed entitled opinions on your own behalf.
I would like to remind however, that while these things might not be what you enjoy in a comic and inspire a sense of ruin of the story in your thought process, I do enjoy them and would appreciate any commentary that is not related to the photo, the costumes, or the craftsmanship that my friends and I put into these works be directed to more suitable outlets.
Please don't view this as anything less than a request. If you would like to discuss the merits and shortcomings of Alpha Flight, I will gladly due such in a more suitable forum.

Despite the fact that enthusiasm rather than the right looks dictated who was who, I'll explain how Alpha Flight was ruined by its creator John Byrne.
Northstar & Aurora - Messed around with as to origin and nature. At one point (post-Byrne),they were declared to be half-elf. Hence their powers. The conflict bet their human & elf sides caused Northstar's AIDS-like illness and Aurora's multiple personality syndrome. This has since been retconned away.
Puck - Achrondoplastic dwarf, acrobat, bouncer, murderer and super-hero. Byrne said he was wracked by pain and had to undergo mystic meditation to focus past it for the day. Later, it was stated to be due to a demon named Razor inhabiting his body, giving him extreme longeivity, BUT also endless pain and deformity.
SASQUATCH - First stated to be Canada's answer to -the Hulk. Gamma rays and a bit of cosmic rays. Later Byrne decided it was due to being inhabited by the demon Tanaraq of the Great Beasts. When Tanaraq finally took over and Sasquatch became an evil menace, he had to be destroyed. Now began music chairs with bodies ! WAs reincarnated as the robot BOX !And then in Snowbird's body .
WOLVERINE - now an X-man, app. used in the same nameless experiments as that guy on the far left. Since I had dropped Marvel long before this revelation, I know little of it.
SHAMAN - Michael Twoyoungmen (or Twodeadanimals),once a medical doctor and later a mystic with his own hammerspace. Departed into the hereafter to accompany Snowbird and her dead family.
VINDICATOR - Mr. Hudson whose history is rather frenetic and involved the development of a power armor seen here. After a pitched battle with Omega Flight , his suit exploded and he incinerated alive and screaming before his wife -who blamed herself for distracting him at a crucial moment in disengaging the about-to-explode power pack !
SNOWBIRD - The daughter of a mortal and a Canadian goddess, she was human in appearance ONLY. She could not leave Canada without aging rapidly & eventually dying. Killed in a pitched battle, she and her dead family went to the afterlife with Shaman (who had by then lost use of his hammerspace).Her body was then turned into the new Sasquatch once inhabited by the soul of Langowski whose original body was destroyed when Tanaraq took over.
A major continuity glitch had her rising from the grave and returning as Snowbird, even tho her body was still being used by Langowski.
MARRINA - She did well in issue #1 when she destroyed the avatar of Tundra, but issue #2 saw the start of a slow degradation and messing around with, by Byrne whose pacing and timing leaves much to be desired. It would have been better had she remained an unexplained phenomena.
